Meet Our Intern Gabriel

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Gabriel to North Star Projects as part of his internship through 180 Degrees Consulting Lancaster from Lancaster University, and it’s safe to say he’s become a huge part of the team.

For those unfamiliar with them, 180 Degrees Consulting Lancaster is a student-led consultancy that gives students the opportunity to work on real-world projects while studying at university. The organisation supports charities, nonprofits, and businesses through pro-bono consulting work, while helping students gain meaningful hands-on experience in an increasingly competitive job market.

At North Star Projects, we care deeply about practical experience, real collaboration, and creating opportunities for people to grow. From the very beginning, it became clear that this partnership aligned naturally with our values and the way we approach consultancy work.

Gabriel has brought curiosity, energy, and a genuine willingness to learn into the business from day one. Whether supporting operational work, contributing to project discussions, or simply becoming part of the day-to-day culture of the office, he has embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm.

When reflecting on his experience so far, Gabriel shared:
